Addressing Military Violence, Humanitarian Access, and Regional Stability

The crisis in Myanmar has resulted in over 500 civilian deaths and astronomical levels of human rights violations. The present conflict has led an ominous pathway to a rise in poverty rates, human security, and civilian displacement. Neighboring states must partner to provide aid for those impacted by the conflict and the global community must collectively condemn these actions and pressure the military to cease violent action.
